Praba, the owner and chef is from southern India and originally trained in a French catering college before completing a work placement in an Indian Restaurant in the South of France, a restaurant where he later went on to become head chef. Praba worked in some of the most prestigious Indian Restaurants in Ireland for over ten years before deciding to open Wild Spice and brings his unique style and flair to every dish. Our take away menu is also very popular and we offer a delivery service 7 nights a week up to a radius of 10-15km's from Gorey.
